Our processing time is usually 3-5 days before shipment, but depending on the amount of orders we receive or the time of year, our processing times may fluctuate.

Standard USA shipping is $4.99, USPS Priority is $10.00 and orders over $50.00 have the option to ship free.

International shipping costs vary depending on the location, speed or shipping carrier selected at checkout.

No refunds or exchanges unless you received the incorrect item or the item arrived damaged or not as described.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges after 7 days of your package being delivered. If by any chance there is an issue with your order due to our mistake, please reach out to us within 7 days of your order being delivered

For sanitary purposes, all body jewelry, fragrances and beauty products are final sale/ non-returnable.

If shipping insurance is purchased at checkout, we offer a free reshipment of your order if your package is lost or misdelivered.

If shipping insurance is not purchased along with your order, unfortunately we are out of control and do not offer reshipments or refunds.

We unfortunately cannot cancel an order once it is placed unless the items you ordered are unavailable.

Please double check your address and make sure it is correct before placing an order. If the address is incorrect, please email us as soon as possible, so we can change it for you.

If you do not reach out to us and you provided an incomplete or incorrect address, unfortunately you will need to purchase a reshipment fee for us to resend your package to you.
