Refund policy

Upon ordering from us you agree to these policies listed below.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

 No refunds or exchanges unless you received the incorrect item, or the item was not as described.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges after 7 days of your package being delivered. If by any chance there is an issue with your order due to our mistake, please reach out to us within 7 days of your order being delivered. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us within our 7-day policy.

☆ For sanitary purposes, all body jewelry, fragrances and beauty products are FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE. 

 SHIPPING INSURANCE

If shipping insurance is purchased at checkout, we are able to provide a complimentary reshipment in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered.

If shipping insurance is not purchased, we are unfortunately unable to issue free replacements or refunds, as delivery issues fall under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. In this case, customers will need to open a lost-package claim directly with the carrier to request reimbursement, or repurchase the items from us to have them reshipped.

CANCEL MY ORDER

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

This is because:

  • Items are often packaged immediately after your order is confirmed.
  • Processing and handling fees are incurred as soon as an order is submitted.
  • Restocking fees apply for items that have already been pulled and prepared.
