Upon ordering from us you agree to these policies listed below.

♡ After an item has been shipped and dropped off at the post office, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is an issue with delivery, please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier. 

If shipping insurance is purchased at checkout, we are able to provide a complimentary reshipment in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered.

If shipping insurance is not purchased, we are unfortunately unable to issue free replacements or refunds, as delivery issues fall under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. In this case, customers will need to open a lost-package claim directly with the carrier to request reimbursement, or repurchase the items from us to have them reshipped.

 Please double check your address and make sure it is correct before placing an order. If your address is incorrect, please email us ASAP so we can change it for you before shipment.

♡ If the wrong address was provided or you forgot to add an apartment number, the package will get sent back to us. A reshipment fee will be required to receive your package.

 

 SHIPPING INSURANCE

If shipping insurance is purchased, we offer a free reshipment of your package if your package is lost, stolen or misdelivered. If shipping insurance is not purchased along with your order, we unfortunately are out of control and do not offer free reshipments or refunds. You would need to repurchase your items to get them redelivered. 

 

CANCEL MY ORDER

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

This is because:

  • Items are often packaged immediately after your order is confirmed.
  • Processing and handling fees are incurred as soon as an order is submitted.
  • Restocking fees apply for items that have already been pulled and prepared.
